Kimberly Palser

EL Coordinator

My name is Kimberly Palser and I am one of the original teachers at America’s Finest Charter School! I was born and raised in San Diego, California in a very large family (I have 12 brothers and sisters). I was always helping my younger siblings with their school work, which fostered my love of teaching.

I became a teacher after receiving my teaching credential at San Diego State University. I began my teaching career teaching Kindergarten at AFCS. After 4 years in the classroom, my husband and I decided to start a family and I began teaching part time so I could be home with my daughter as much as possible. I am now the English Learner Coordinator at AFCS (and still only working 3 days a week- and loving it). When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at the beach, the zoo, Seaworld and Santee Lakes.

I run the school’s DELAC/parent meetings, and would love for you to join our next meeting.
